As a Unit Manager, you are responsible for ensuring care recipients' needs for care and service are met. This also includes managing personnel, developing and following up operations within the framework of quality, staffing, work environment, rehabilitation, and budget. Together with the Operations Manager and colleagues, you will initiate, support, and lead operational processes forward. Your employees work mobile with smartphones with direct access to schedules, documentation, and email. You will be part of a management team together with the Operations Manager, quality developer, and other unit managers. You will have administrative support from an administrator working with home care planning, as well as support from finance and HR. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who have a degree in social work or other higher education that the employer deems equivalent. We want someone with management experience and familiarity with personnel issues. You will work to create continued stability in a work team, motivate and support employees in daily work. Therefore, we prefer candidates with experience in similar situations and an ability to find solutions to the challenges the assignment may involve. As a Unit Manager, you will have many collaboration interfaces, especially with trade union organizations, so it is important to be able to collaborate and create good relationships. It is meritorious if you have previously had budget responsibility and have good knowledge of economics and labor laws. You are motivated by clearly defined goals and have the ability to transform them into concrete action. It is important that you can convincingly bring enthusiasm and energy that encourages good performance, team spirit, and increased motivation.
