As Unit Manager for the Economy and Quality Unit, you will report to the administration's Chief Financial Officer. Work Tasks You have operational responsibility for driving the municipality's work with economy, follow-up, operational management, and quality. You will lead a competent unit with employees in finance, analysis, and quality development. You will work closely with the administration's operations to contribute to sustainable economic management and to develop quality processes. - Drive work with operational development and improvement processes. - Responsible for reporting, analysis, and decision-making documentation for the CFO. - Lead and coach employees in the quality and finance unit towards common goals. Requirements You are a clear and communicative leader who enjoys developing processes and your employees. You see the connection between finance, quality, and operational benefit – and you have the ability to translate this into action. You have: - Academic degree in economics, social sciences, or equivalent. - Documented leadership experience with the ability to inspire and create engagement. - Multiple years of qualified financial work experience in the public sector, preferably municipal operations. - Multiple years of experience in quality development, management, and follow-up. - Ability to analyze complex issues and present them comprehensibly.
