We are now seeking a Unit Manager for Collega Södermalm and Collega Liljeholmen. Collega's area of operations for daily activities is expanding, and we are looking for a Unit Manager for our daily operations. As a Unit Manager at Collega, you will be involved in daily operations and play a central role in ensuring that the daily activities are conducted efficiently and with high quality. With a focus on customer satisfaction and staff development, you will provide support in daily operations. In the role of Unit Manager, you are proactive, flexible, and able to adapt when necessary. The job includes some administration, such as documentation, reporting, and preparing written documents. The working hours will primarily be during office hours, weekdays between 08:00 - 17:00. **Main Responsibilities:** • Plan, lead, and distribute daily work within the operations • Ensure that the operations are conducted in accordance with Collega's routines and policies • Support and guide staff in their daily work • Conduct systematic quality and operational development • Ensure compliance with agreements, assignments, and regulations • Maintain ongoing contact with users, employees, and relatives • Manage finances and budgets related to the operations • Ensure occupancy based on budget and set goals • Represent the operations externally • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, networks, and clients **Qualifications:** • Higher education such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education • Previous managerial experience in care and support services • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written **Knowledge and Skills:** • Good knowledge of current legislation and guidelines within social care • Strong ability to communicate both in writing and verbally • Good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks • Good collaboration skills and social competence • Proficient in computer skills **Personal Attributes:** • Independent: You take initiative and drive your work forward. • Flexible: You easily adapt to changes and can handle unexpected situations. • Responsible: You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute to a positive work environment. • Solution-oriented: You see opportunities and find creative solutions to problems. Experience working with the target group is required, and we would prefer that you have knowledge of relevant pedagogical methods and approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, Low-Arousal Approach, and Clear Communication Pedagogy. We place great importance on personal suitability.
