Job Responsibilities
Are you the one who creates proud employees and high-quality units?
We are seeking a Unit Manager who wants to help develop our operations.
You will be responsible for three units serving individuals with intellectual, neuropsychiatric, and mental disabilities.
We are located in pleasant premises near Korsvägen, sharing an office with several support functions. Generally within our urban area, each unit manager is responsible for two to three residential units and approximately 25-30 employees, though this can vary.
As a Unit Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operation, which includes personnel, work environment, and budget management. You will participate in networks to develop important issues regarding the target group. You will also be involved in operational development and quality work. To provide good conditions for your leadership, you will have support from support educators, business developers, method developers, financial controllers, HR specialists, schedulers, and staffing controllers.
You will report to one of the Operations Managers, who closely collaborates with three other Operations Managers in the urban area. In the City Center urban area, we work based on a trust-based approach and place great importance on collaboration and collectively taking responsibility for the whole.
We look forward to reading your application!
