**Job Responsibilities**
Do you want to help lead our housing with special services in the Hisingen urban area? Are you a leader who sees opportunities, inspires joy, and celebrates successes? Then we have the assignment for you! We are currently seeking a unit manager to join our management team.
You will be responsible for two operations focused on social psychiatry and autism. In the role of unit manager, you will work to create a safe and developmental environment for both users and employees. Your main tasks will include leading, organizing, and developing the operations in accordance with applicable legislation, goals, guidelines, and within financial frameworks. This position includes responsibility for personnel, finances, and work environment within the operational area. You are expected to be active in the area's development work and contribute your knowledge and experience in our management meetings.

As a new member of our team, you will receive a mentor in the form of a senior colleague. To continuously develop in our managerial roles, we have the privilege of receiving internal leadership training. **Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with a relevant higher education degree of at least 180 credits, such as a degree in social work, social care, or another education deemed suitable by the administration.
You have managerial experience with responsibility for budget, personnel, work environment, and operational development, and you are well-versed in current legislation regarding individuals with disabilities. Experience as a unit manager within municipal support services or other care and support operations, as well as collaboration with health care, is advantageous.
We seek someone who sees opportunities for change and simultaneously creates situations where new ideas and proposals can develop. You are motivated by clearly defined goals and have the ability to translate these into concrete actions, as well as the capacity to reprioritize when necessary. You also follow up and report on your results and goals.
You remain calm and secure, even in pressuring and difficult situations. You are communicative and can convey information and ideas clearly, ensuring that your message is understood, both verbally and in writing.
