Your responsibilities
As a unit manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operations and ensure that it functions effectively and qualitatively every day. You will lead the team, drive development and improvement work, and create a work environment where employees feel engaged and joyful in their work. Your role includes, among other things:
• Leading daily operations and taking operational responsibility for the team.
• Driving and following up on quality and improvement initiatives to ensure high standards in services.
• Being responsible for the budget and financial monitoring, as well as working for efficient and sustainable resource use.
• Developing and implementing strategies together with the team for continuous improvement of the operations.
• Building and maintaining good relationships with users, relatives, and other key stakeholders.
• Creating a workplace where employees feel pride, motivation, and joy in their work.
We are looking for
You with a higher education in areas that provide knowledge about human behavior, well-being, and organizational contexts, such as health and care, psychology, sociology, or social work. You also have:
• A good understanding of operational systems (TimeCare, Pulsen Combine, DF Respons, Visma are advantageous).
• Proficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B).
Meritorious:
• Experience in leadership and budget responsibility, preferably within elder care.
• Knowledge of municipal operational systems and administrative routines.
