We are now seeking a Unit Manager (50/50) for our cozy nursing home Enebacken.
Enebacken is a nursing home with 108 beds. We have departments for short-term and respite care, somatic units, and departments specializing in dementia care.
Your Tasks
As a Unit Manager, you will work 50% in a leadership role and 50% clinically (as a nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist). This offers you a unique opportunity to both lead and be close to operations.
In your leadership role, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and mentoring staff
• Implementing strategic goals and driving organizational development
• Ensuring follow-up and quality
• Being an accessible contact for customers and relatives
In your clinical role, you will contribute by:
• Performing care and medical assessments
• Collaborating with care staff to ensure good and safe care
• Providing support on clinical issues and enhancing care quality
Who Are You?
You are a confident leader with experience in elderly care who enjoys work that allows you to lead while staying close to customers and colleagues. As a person, you are:
• Responsible, attentive, and humble
• Flexible and result-oriented
• Pedagogical and good at creating collaboration
• Engaged and genuinely interested in elderly care
You work professionally with a holistic perspective and actively contribute to ensuring our values, goals, and guidelines permeate the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant college/university education (nurse, social worker, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist)
• Several years of experience working in elderly care
• Leadership experience in healthcare and social services
• Excellent Swedish skills, both verbal and written
• Driving license (B) is meritorious
