We are now seeking a temporary unit manager for the Meals Department who wants to work daytime hours, with no weekends or inconvenient working hours. Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading, motivating, and inspiring the employees within the Meals Department. • Being responsible for operations, quality, finances, and the work environment. • Ensuring that meals meet high standards and comply with current guidelines. • Actively working on sustainability, food waste, and improvement initiatives. • Collaborating with schools, preschools, and other operations to create the best possible dining experience. You will be part of a wonderful team of colleagues who are passionate about good food, collaboration, and a sustainable future. QUALIFICATIONS • Relevant education in nutrition and food hygiene. • Experience in leadership, finance, and quality assurance, preferably within meal services or public operations, is an advantage. • Ability to plan, follow up, and see the bigger picture. • Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are an engaged and confident leader who enjoys working collaboratively with others and creating a positive atmosphere around you. You easily build good relationships, motivate your employees, and find solutions when everyday challenges arise. We will place great emphasis on your personality and ability to engage and lead.
