As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for staff, finances, and operational development. You lead with trust, clarity, and presence – creating conditions for a sustainable work climate where employees grow and service users receive the support they need. You will have excellent prerequisites to succeed in your assignment, with support from colleagues, administrators, and operations managers, as well as access to support functions in HR, finance, and staffing.

You Will Become Part of a Committed Management Team at Ranliden, Just a Ten-Minute Walk from Falköping Central Station. Here You Will Work Together with 13 Other Unit Managers, Operations Manager, and Administrators – An Environment Characterized by Collegial Support, Shared Learning, and Great Development Opportunities. As a Unit Manager, You Will Also Be Given the Opportunity to Influence Both Content and Working Methods in the Operation, and Participate in Development Work at Local and Administrative Levels.
What Are We Looking For in You?
We Are Seeking Someone Who Has:
- Degree in Social Care Program Focused on Elderly and Persons with Disabilities, or Equivalent Education
- At Least Three Years of Continuous Experience as a Unit Manager in LSS
- Good Experience in Leading Personnel and Operations, and Confidence in Decision-Making
- B Driver's License, Excellent Swedish Language Skills, and Good Digital Competence
Additional Qualifications May Include Advanced Training in MI, Low-Affective Approach, Clarifying Pedagogy, PERMA, AAC, or Support Pedagogy Certification. Experience in Various LSS Operations, Psychiatry, Process Management, or Work with Animals and Agriculture is Also Advantageous.
