YOUR NEW WORKPLACE
As the unit manager for LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), you will be part of the care management team where you can receive support and inspiration. Together, we work on overarching issues related to operations and management. Your workplace will be at the municipal office. You will manage two group homes in Norsjö community and be responsible for implementing decisions regarding certain other LSS services. Your closest colleague is a unit manager within LSS and the labor market. As the organization is undergoing change, assignments may evolve, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to positive development and quality in the services.
Responsibilities
As a unit manager within LSS services, you will lead, plan, develop, and follow up on operations, as well as be responsible for implementing decisions. You will have responsibilities for finance, personnel, and work environment, and will also be accountable for the unit's quality and development work.
Qualifications
You should have a relevant higher education in social work and experience in similar services. You must have a good understanding of LSS legislation. We are looking for someone with leadership experience who has demonstrated effective leadership skills.
To thrive in this position, you should be confident and stable in your leadership. You are skilled at working with others, listening attentively, and communicating clearly. Your leadership style is characterized by leading, motivating, and uplifting others to achieve common goals. You have the ability to create engagement and participation, both in daily operations and when introducing new ideas that develop the services. You are proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively, as you understand that this is essential for achieving results.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
