About the role
As the Head of Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring the cleaning services operations. You will have three cleaning leaders and approximately 70 cleaning staff to assist you. You will work closely with your team to create a work environment focused on well-being, participation, and collaboration. You will have personnel responsibility and drive change efforts related to our new organization and working methods. An organization that aims to be at the forefront of cleaning services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main tasks will include:
• Leading and developing the cleaning team with a focus on job satisfaction and team spirit
• Ensuring that needs-based cleaning is implemented and followed up
• Being responsible for planning, staffing, and quality assurance
• Driving improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of the operations
• Collaborating with other units and functions within the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in leadership within cleaning services or similar operations
• Has experience leading through others
• Is confident in your role as a manager and has a strong ability to create engagement
• Has knowledge of needs-based cleaning and modern working methods
• Is development-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
• Has relevant education in cleaning services, leadership, or management
• Has post-secondary education
• Holds a valid B driver's license
