The Medicine Clinic in Nyköping is an internal medicine operation responsible for medical investigation, care and treatment, nursing, and consultation services in outpatient and inpatient care, as well as a large emergency department assignment. The clinic has broad specialist expertise and high-tech equipment to ensure patients and their families feel secure and receive good and safe care. Approximately 50 doctors work at the clinic. Accessibility is high, with a large reception operation featuring generally short waiting times and leading in several specialist areas. Over the past five years, we have developed the operation by establishing a medical investigation and treatment department and a medical intermediate care unit, enabling us to care for patient groups that previously required intensive care. Your Responsibilities As the Medical Chief, you are primarily responsible for the clinic's medical team, with both daily and strategic management. You will be part of the clinic's management group and play a significant role in collaboration with other hospital clinics alongside the operations manager. Protecting employees' work environment while developing internal medical care both in the hospital and at home is high on the agenda. You will be supported by your management colleagues, operations manager, business developer, clinic administrators, HR, and controller. We welcome you to combine management with clinical service to an extent we can agree upon. Your Competence You are a licensed physician with specialist competence in internal medicine. You need good collaboration skills as you will be part of a team with many collaborative interfaces, and it is important to have excellent communication skills with a holistic view of patient care. Experience leading in healthcare is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Employment Type Permanent employment with start date by agreement.
