JOB RESPONSIBILITIES About the Role As Head of Quality and Evaluation, you'll have strategic and operational responsibility for leading and developing a unit consisting of investigators, experts in SAS, MAS, MAR, and NAD, and leading the welfare quality team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our work maintains high quality, is evidence-based, and contributes to the development of operations and core activities. You will report to the Operations Manager and be part of the management team, contributing to an overall perspective and collaboration across unit boundaries. Your Mission • Lead, support, and develop highly competent employees in investigation and quality. • Ensure that the unit's work is coordinated, goal-oriented, and contributes to the organization's overall objectives. • Drive development work in quality assurance, follow-up, and evaluation. • Be a present manager who creates conditions for dialogue, participation, and job satisfaction. • Collaborate internally and externally with other actors and functions. The role of unit manager is broad, focusing on quality and investigation, so it's important that you are accustomed to collaborating with different professions and operations. You are a present manager who is involved in daily work and provides support to your employees in both strategic and operational matters. As a unit manager, you are expected to drive development so that the unit and department become an even more proactive and close support to core operations. You are responsible within the unit for employees, finances, and work environment. Inspiring, clarifying direction, and being receptive to new opportunities and solutions are prerequisites for success. You will create good conditions for skills development and active employee participation that leads to results, development, and a good work environment. You will also have close cooperation with other managers within the department, sector, and external contacts to enable high-quality delivery. You will be part of the department's extended management team.
