Work Tasks As Unit Manager at Contact Center, you are responsible for leading and developing the unit. Your primary focus is to be present in everyday work, support employees, and create good conditions for participation, commitment, and development. The unit consists of two response groups with approximately 20 employees in total. You will collaborate closely with other managers in the department and thus receive good support in the role. Together, you will create a service-oriented, efficient, and development-focused operation for the municipality's residents.
