You will be part of a division that consists of international maintenance support and the EU family benefits. The division comprises about 200 employees, nearly half of whom currently work with international maintenance support.
Close leadership, change, sustainable workplace
As a unit manager, you are the leader closest to the employees and the operations. You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value foundation permeates your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as accountability for results and follow-up for the teams in your unit.
Your unit consists of 15-20 employees who work with international maintenance support focused on the Nordic region and are based in Stockholm. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You foster understanding of the context, direction, and the goals set by the department and develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area's management group, which consists of 14 employees, where you contribute your expertise and engagement. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that enables employees to use their judgment and competence.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a strong security awareness.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applicable.
