You are responsible for leading and driving daily work based on the department's mission and goals, with the state's core values permeating your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take responsibility. You have personnel management responsibilities as well as result and follow-up responsibilities for your unit's teams.
