**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As the unit manager for home care, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations' SOL and HSL assignments are carried out. You will have planners to help distribute the efforts throughout the day.
You will find your new role to be multifaceted, exciting, and meaningful. You have overall responsibility for the staff group, which currently consists of about 20 employees, as well as for the work environment, a budget of 15 million SEK, and quality work within the area of operations. You will be part of the management team for home care and will regularly meet with your colleagues from similar operations.
You are expected to lead and develop the operations towards jointly set goals. Some areas currently in focus for the operations include the new social services act, our competence supply, and the use of welfare technology. Home care operates based on efficient resource utilization and reduced staffing requirements. We also have ongoing work with the health factors of a healthy work life.
You are a good representative of elderly care and available for dialogue with care recipients and their relatives.
