You lead and distribute work, support employees in their daily tasks, follow up on quality and work environment, and ensure budget compliance. You are a crucial link between service users, their families, and employees, collaborating with other professional groups and external partners to create the best possible care. You will also work on developing the operations, both through improvement efforts and by leveraging digital technology opportunities. This assignment requires presence, attentiveness, and the ability to make decisions. There are many positive aspects to the job, such as helping create security and quality for our service users and leading a team that makes a difference every day. However, there are also challenges, such as managing staffing, planning, and daily changes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Experience working as a manager • Experience and good understanding of the practical work performed by home care employees • Higher education in healthcare and social services, social work, or another education considered relevant in combination with your experience • Valid driver's license (B-license) You are confident in your leadership, clear in your communication, and experienced in handling both everyday situations and changes. You have an interest in digital tools and systems and maintain a professional and respectful approach in your professional role.
