What you'll work with:
We offer a role where you'll work with your colleagues to develop FM operations in the Kalix area (FM includes local services, café services, caretaking, central cash/reception, and staff housing). As Unit Manager within the Regional Support Division, you'll focus on employees and customer-centricity. Your role is to coordinate, inspire, and guide operations towards clear result-oriented goals with your team. You'll be responsible for operational functionality, personnel, and finances. Beyond your FM Kalix role, you'll be part of the Facility Management management team in the county, closely collaborating with management and specialist colleagues in the area and interfacing with representatives from other Kalix operations.

Position Information:
This is a permanent position in your primary profession with a time-limited three-year management appointment. Full-time work during daytime hours. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Start date to be determined by agreement.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
