Our operations provide legal support to the Department for National Dental Care, International Care, and Labor Market Support (NA). We welcome candidates who are legally knowledgeable, driven, and courageous to lead the unit of Process and Law with lawyers and litigation attorneys. You will join a management team that drives and develops the operations together.
Close Leadership, Trust, Reforms
As a unit manager, you are the leader closest to the employees and the operations. You are responsible for leading and managing daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value foundation permeates your work. Through your leadership, you communicate clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as responsibility for results and follow-up for the employees in your unit.
Your unit consists of 16 employees who work with litigation and legal support and are based in Malmö. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You create an understanding of context, direction, and the goals set by the department and develop the plans your unit needs. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area’s management team, which consists of four unit managers, a business developer, and a business-oriented HR support, where you contribute with your expertise and commitment. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, as a prospective employee, have a strong awareness of security.

• have experience in coaching leadership
• have experience planning your operations in collaboration with colleagues remotely

• have a good understanding of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's mission.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applicable.
