About this role
In Trelleborg, we work together for a thriving community where life is good. Our 61 villages and 21 districts are creative meeting places that are full of life. Here, we want things to happen, we share our stories, and we come as we are. This welcoming attitude allows us to embrace others in the same generous and curious manner.
Welcome to join us on this journey!
The Community Building Administration is embarking on an exciting transformation journey aimed at strengthening our ability to contribute to Trelleborg's growth and development. Starting January 1, 2026, we plan to implement a new organization – a modern and sustainable structure that prepares us to meet future challenges and opportunities.
