The Social Services Administration is responsible for providing support, assistance, and services to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are primarily governed by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Services Act, and we implement measures regulated by these laws. All operations are centered around the individual to meet their needs. The mission involves a strong customer focus and a spirit of service.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for someone to lead our unit, Centrum! The current unit manager is moving on to a new managerial position within the operational area. Your responsibilities will include managing employees, finances, workplace safety, and operational development. In your core mission, you will work with leadership, planning, decision implementation, and management of home care services. The role includes planning and following up on established, agreed-upon goals. You will be responsible for collaborating with both internal and external partners. You will be part of the management team for the operational area and, together with the operational manager and colleagues, will be responsible for the overall development of the area. In your work, you will receive support from the organization in the form of functions such as administrators, planners, controllers, and HR.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Formal competencies:
• You have a higher education degree in social work or another qualification deemed suitable by the employer.
• Previous experience in management or leadership is an advantage.
Personal competencies:
• As a manager, you create trust and security among employees by authentically presenting a credible image of yourself. You act with high moral standards and practice what you preach. You foster an open climate where we learn from our mistakes. You act transparently and welcome all feedback.
