The tasks and workdays are varied, and you should be able to manage many different threads while also being a service-oriented person, as this role is a key function at Grågåsvägen 13.
As a unit administrator with us at Grågåsvägen, you will play an important role and perform various administrative tasks primarily in the area of personnel but also in finance. You will have close communication with the unit managers and coordinators, together ensuring that colleagues have the best conditions to provide good care to our users. The team consists of two unit managers, two coordinators, and you as the new unit administrator.
Scheduled working hours are Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) and we apply a flexible agreement.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform various everyday operational tasks delegated by the unit managers.
- HR administration - Work in our HR portal to create basic schedules for new hires, register new employments, and establish employment contracts. You will monitor placements, absence registration, and employment duration/priority rights.
- Personnel planning and scheduling for a round-the-clock operation considering work time regulations and our agreements HÖK and AB.
- Personnel statistics.
- Orders and purchases according to agreements.
- Invoice handling - receiving approval and coding.
- Participate in budget follow-up.
- Implementation of authority decisions.
- Support to employees regarding inquiries about registration in the HR portal, e.g., payroll, vacation, and schedules.
- Fire and safety inspections.
- Key management for the building's premises.
- User-related matters, lock administration in the operating system, and a point of contact for property-related inquiries.
- Actively contribute input in workplace meetings and team meetings based on your expertise.
- You will work with the HR portal, Multi Access, Time Care Pool, Raindance, Epsilon, and Lifecare, among others.
Qualifications:
- You have at least a high school education with an administrative or economic focus.
- Relevant additional training in finance and personnel administration.
- Solid knowledge of personnel administrative and economic areas and have worked for several years with similar administrative tasks.
- Experience with operational systems from an administrator's perspective.
- You view using digital tools in HR and finance as a natural part of your work.
- Experience and understanding of care and support work.
To succeed in the role of unit administrator, you need to be self-driven, work in a structured manner, prioritize, have good communication skills in both spoken and written form, and be solution-focused. Flexibility is important to quickly adapt to changes in work and ensure that operations continue to run smoothly. Support and quality service are your guiding principles.

Grågåsvägen 13 is Lund Municipality's newest senior care home with a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment. For us, teamwork is essential, and together we make the biggest impact. Once a week, we meet in the multidisciplinary team to review the care we provide to those we serve. Teamwork and person-centered care for each individual are at the core of our operations. The staff's working environment is also a priority for us, and we actively work with trainings, action plans, and risk assessments.
Grågåsvägen has three departments open (two departments focused on dementia and one with somatic focus). After the start of the new year, preparations will be made for the opening of the other two departments.
The facility is located about a 5-minute walk from Stångby bus and train station, and there are good parking opportunities in the area.
