Apply for this position with us! Unit Manager Rehabilitation We at Bra Liv Kungshälsan Healthcare Center are now seeking a rehabilitation unit manager for our team of approximately 15 employees. As a unit manager, you will be employed in your primary profession with a time-limited appointment as unit manager. Start date will be by agreement. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with the operations manager to lead and distribute work for physiotherapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants employed in rehabilitation. You will be part of the management team consisting of the operations manager, healthcare unit manager, administrative unit manager, and medical director. The role also involves working on development issues, and we believe it is important that you continuously work clinically within your primary profession to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operation. The rehabilitation unit also staffs Rosenhälsan and Tenhult Healthcare Centers. Therefore, it is crucial to promote good cooperation and drive development together with management and staff at these two healthcare centers. If needed, you will also cover for the operations manager at Kungshälsan Healthcare Center during their absence. Your Future Workplace We are part of Bra Liv Healthcare Centers! Your Profile We are seeking a physiotherapist, physical therapist, or occupational therapist with professional experience, with primary care experience being advantageous. You have strong structural and organizational skills and enjoy leadership and collaboration with colleagues and management. To succeed as a unit manager, we believe you are proactive, stable, and self-driven. We seek someone who is confident in their leadership role, open to changes and improvements, capable of developing new working methods, and able to communicate and create engagement and participation. You have achieved personal maturity, are willing to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Previous management experience in primary care is preferred but not required. The work is varied and fast-paced, so it is important that you are flexible and can adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on employees, patients, and situations.
