Your Role:
As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Group Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Your responsibilities as a Team Leader include:
• In close collaboration with the Group Manager in the flight safety unit, contribute expertise to develop and drive the organization forward in line with LFV's goals and mission.
• Participate in forums requiring specialized knowledge for interface/other departments at LFV, either alone or together with the Group Manager.
• Assist the Group Manager with effective internal communication and information flow.
• Support the Group Manager with other emerging tasks.
• Conduct investigations.
As a Team Leader, you will report to the Group Manager ANS-DA/Investigation. The role does not include personnel management but involves close collaboration with colleagues, Group Manager, and contact persons in the operational departments we primarily serve.
Since our employees are located in multiple locations, the position will involve some travel.
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone currently working in the ANS-DA/Investigation group with subject-relevant education in ANS-DA management and investigation. You have a holistic view and understand the importance of working cross-functionally, planning, collaborating, and creating engagement through trust. You have a genuine interest in leading, coaching, and motivating others, as well as helping to coordinate and distribute work to collectively achieve common goals.

Additional Information:
This role can either be combined with an existing operational position at 50% or be part of an existing 100% position. Category supplement level 2 will be provided when the role is combined with an operational position.
Start date as soon as possible after agreement. Duty station is flexible and can be the same as your current location.
