**About this position**
TaxiCaller is looking to expand our sales team with an Account Manager who will primarily work with our leads and customers in North America. TaxiCaller has a strong inbound strategy, and you will mostly work with assigned qualified leads, but you will also engage in outbound sales, such as cold calling. A lead is a taxi company (or other types of transportation companies) looking to upgrade their dispatch system. You will manage the full sales cycle from the initial demo to closing the deal. After the deal is closed, as an Account Manager, you will collaborate with our excellent support team to ensure we maintain our high customer retention rates. Sales will primarily be conducted via web meetings and phone, so travel will not be required for this position. This is a highly developmental role in an international environment where you will interact with many people every day.
**About you**
We are looking for a person with excellent skills in closing sales.
* You should have a proven track record with a couple of years of experience in B2B sales.
* A good track record in cold calling and outbound sales is essential.
* You need to be fluent in English and Spanish with no accent.
* You should possess a strong drive and be able to work independently.
* Good analytical skills and a pedagogical approach are important.
You do not need to speak Swedish, as TaxiCaller is a truly international company with colleagues and customers from all over the world.

* You also speak a third language, such as French.
* You have previous experience working with international SaaS sales.
