Ingared Preschool is beautifully located in a scenic environment. The preschool is situated in Ingared, approximately 15 kilometers south of Alingsås. Here, children's development and learning are at the center, and through excellent pedagogical education, we lay the foundation for lifelong learning for each child.

We are seeking someone who wants to work as a substitute teacher in different departments, which may also involve working in one department for an extended period.

WORK TASKS
As a substitute teacher with us, you will work in various departments or on a single department for an extended time. You will have a standard full-time schedule, but your working hours may be flexible during the week based on the preschool's needs.
Through play and pedagogical activities, you will promote children's development and learning. The preschool's goal is to create an environment that challenges, attracts, and establishes a solid foundation for learning for each child. You will be a good role model who supports and guides children throughout their day at the preschool. At Ingared Preschool, we are currently focusing on movement and health through pedagogical relationships. We want to provide children with social, emotional, and cognitive support and help them develop self-esteem. Therefore, you are crucial in our work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking someone who:
• Is curious and enjoys interacting with different children and families
• Is confident and can build trust when meeting both children and adults
• Has a positive attitude and wants to be part of an engaged team
• Is responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and can adapt communication based on recipient and situation
• Easily creates good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues
• Is at least 18 years old
It is meritorious if you:
• Are trained as a childcare worker or have equivalent education
• Have previous experience working in preschool
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
