Hand in Hand Cooperative is a member-driven organization founded in 1995 for people with assistance rights. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with the Social Insurance Agency/municipality to personnel issues related to personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs that exists, as one becomes an opportunity for another human being, an opportunity that means they can live their life like everyone else.

Since I prefer a calm pace, it is important to me that you do too.
I love swimming, enjoy being out in nature, and like music.
My energy can vary during the day, and you need to be attentive to me and my needs.
I need help with all daily activities and also have a stoma, which you need to be comfortable with.
It is advantageous if you have experience in personal assistance or work in healthcare and care. It is meritorious if you are a trained nursing assistant.
I live in the countryside with my family and have two lovely cats at home, so you need to have a driver's license and access to a car and should not be allergic to fur animals.
Position:
75-100% daytime
We apply a smoke-free work environment.
