Working hours: Evening shifts from 14:00 to 21:15, according to a rotating schedule based on the 5:2 model. Weekend work is included in the schedule every other weekend. **We Are Looking For You Who Have:** - A valid nursing license - An independent working style and confident clinical competence - A preference for evening work and appreciate a calmer yet responsible work environment - Good listening skills, are structured, and possess strong collaboration abilities - Proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written **Meritorious** We would prefer candidates with prior experience in elderly care. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in both environments.
