We are now looking for a dedicated receptionist for the Cancer Foundation's office in Stockholm!
In this role, you will be an important ambassador for the Cancer Foundation's message and represent the organization with pride. As a receptionist, you will lay the foundation for a positive and memorable impression and ensure a well-functioning work environment. **Your Responsibilities Include:**
• Responsible for the reception and social areas
• Visitor management
• Mail & courier services
• Telephone management
• Office supplies and orders for items such as fruit, coffee, milk, and more
• Handling maintenance requests
• Oversight and management of coffee machines
• Internal events
• Responsibility for rounds in conference rooms
• Responsible for technology in conference rooms with basic troubleshooting
• Other related reception tasks

**We See That You Have:**
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and computer skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
**About the Employment**
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month initial probationary period. You will be employed by Middlepoint and placed at our client's office in central Stockholm. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours. The start date for the position is January 2026.
We conduct background checks on final candidates prior to potential employment.
