About the Position
We are now seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous Junior AP Accountant for a dynamic and growing company. The company is a leading actor in its niche and operates in several European countries. Here you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in a stimulating work environment together with your team of 8 people, where you and a colleague are responsible for AP.
Assignment start is at the beginning of August and spans approximately six months. For the right person, there is a possibility that the assignment may transition into a direct employment with the client.
Responsibilities
- Receive and register invoices
- Pre-account invoices and send them through the approval workflow
- Create and send payment files
- Maintain accounts payable and ensure everything is correct
Suitable Background
- Relevant education in economics or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with accounts payable is meritorious
- Good knowledge of financial systems and a passion for working with systems. Preferably experience with Navision
Personal Qualities
