Job Responsibilities As an HR Partner, you will support the organization with both strategic and operational HR work and will work closely with the management team and business leaders. Your tasks include core values and culture issues, organizational development/change management, labor law matters, competence supply issues, rehabilitation, and individual case management. You will be part of a competent and tight-knit HR team. The department includes, in addition to this position, two other HR Partners, HR Specialists in competence supply and recruitment, as well as units for payroll/contracts and safety/physical work environment. We are located in fresh premises on Holmen, within walking distance from the central station and with a view over the Göta River. The HR department's mission is to work both group-wide based on management, ownership, and board requirements, and business area-specifically to support leaders and employees in achieving the overall goals for the operations and business areas. Qualifications • University degree in HR or equivalent • Several years of experience in qualified, consultative HR work in a larger personnel-intensive organization, preferably from public sector • Experience with union relations and negotiations • Knowledge and experience in rehabilitation issues • Strong verbal and written communication skills and good administrative abilities As an HR Partner, you must be business-oriented, solution-focused, and development-driven. You identify organizational needs and act to meet them. To succeed, you need independent drive and ability to take initiative and responsibility to move work forward. As an HR Partner, you have many different contact surfaces, so you need to be good at creating trust and positive relationships. You need excellent communication skills and be clear and structured. You must be able to initiate, drive, and conclude matters, and have the perseverance and courage sometimes required to complete processes and cases. To succeed in the role, you need to be confident, balance different requirements, and maintain composure in difficult situations. You have high integrity and can distinguish between issues and personal matters. You have an interest in environmental issues and support and work according to Renova's approach of Holistic Perspective, Engagement, Together, and Responsibility. You need a B driver's license as we have operations in multiple locations in the Gothenburg region that you may need to visit.
