Through your and your employees' salutogenic approach, you work together to provide the highest quality in interactions with those we serve, our oldest residents. **Responsibilities** You will have personnel, budget, and work environment responsibilities for your unit. You will ensure that this work is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and that the unit maintains the best possible financial situation through ongoing follow-up with our controller. As a unit manager, you play an important role in systematic quality work, which includes continuous improvements and analyses of the work both in the long and short term.
