About you: I am looking for a woman, preferably 35 years or older, who: • Has a warm heart and a strong desire to support others • Is curious about rehabilitation and enjoys practical, everyday training • Has a strong work ethic and likes to be flexible • Is self-assured and comfortable being active alongside me • Is not allergic to animals – my dog is sometimes with me About me and the role: I lead an active life within my capabilities, and every day I use a standing aid (EasyStand) as part of my training and rehabilitation. I also receive tube feeding, so it is important that you are comfortable handling this or are willing to learn. You will also assist me in daily life – with training, household tasks, and everything that life entails. The most important thing for me is that we create a safe, calm, and positive environment where we work together towards my goals. We are looking for someone who is flexible and can step in at short notice when regular staff are absent. 2. Currently, we are seeking both hourly substitutes and summer substitutes – perfect for those looking to work extra during the summer! 3. There is also the possibility of a permanent position at approximately 50%, with working hours primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends. Working hours: We offer shifts during the day, evening, and night with the following times: • Day shift: 08:30–16:00 • Evening shift: 14:30–22:00 • Night shift: 22:00–09:30 Are you flexible, engaged, and willing to contribute your efforts where they are needed most?
