Job Description
As a BVC nurse, you will work on tasks related to child health care, such as parental support, telephone advice, consultations, group activities, and home visits. The BVC is also part of the family center, which is geographically close to the BVC facilities. Together with educators from the open preschool and social services from the municipality, we have a close collaboration aimed at promoting health, prevention, and support for children and parents. To thrive in this role, we believe it is essential that you appreciate working independently while also collaborating with colleagues. Your work will involve independently organizing your consultations according to the child health care program, while you and your colleagues support each other and work together to develop the operation forward. You will also work in a team with experienced doctors at the BVC and collaborate with other professionals from the health center and our healthcare neighbors in the building.
Work Group
We are about 65 employees at the health center who enjoy working together in an open work environment. At the BVC, you will be closely working with five other experienced nurses. We work together with collaboration and respect for each other's competencies, and our goal is to create a work climate where everyone has varied tasks and can develop in their professional roles.
