PropTech Energy is a group of eight innovative and expansive companies consisting of Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS Operation and Maintenance, and JFK. The companies offer comprehensive property solutions with specialized expertise across various areas. We take responsibility for the entire project or assist with specific tasks, entirely based on the customer's needs. Job Responsibilities
As an energy technician in control and regulation, you will primarily perform work for our service contract customers. You will independently plan, coordinate, and execute service as well as larger and smaller renovation projects for our customers in control and regulation. No two days are alike, and the result of your work for our customers leads to well-maintained facilities with reduced energy and operating costs.
Example tasks:
• Perform service and operational maintenance of property automation
• Conduct troubleshooting, programming, commissioning, and documentation of new and existing systems
• Report deviations and deficiencies in materials or work
• Participate in preventive maintenance planning
• Follow-up and reporting
• Create and maintain good customer relationships
• Conduct project design and construction
• Electrical work
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Education and experience in control and regulation systems
• Education and experience in cooling, electricity, plumbing, and/or ventilation
• Good system proficiency
• Good knowledge of Office suite
• B driver's license
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
