We are currently seeking an energy technician for the Energy Technology unit, who will manage the daily operations of our property technical systems for energy in our residential areas. This includes the operation of heating and ventilation systems as well as operational optimization. Your Role As an energy technician, you will work with operational optimization, supervision, and maintenance of property technical installations. Your work will involve actively monitoring energy consumption and ensuring that our properties reduce their climate impact without affecting the indoor environment of our tenants. You will contribute ideas and thoughts for technical development and maintenance. In your role as an energy technician, you will interact with tenants, project management, and our contractors. You will provide creative solutions and take on new challenges. Your work will also contribute to the community at large by listening and guiding towards development. Your Qualifications • You have a technical education in operations or other training/experience deemed relevant by the employer. • To succeed, we see that you have experience in the operation and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems. • Good knowledge of control technology and energy systems. • Since we work with computerized property systems and work order systems, good digital skills are required. • A valid driver's license (B). • Experience in the field.
