Your role with us
As an embedded developer, you will work on technology-intensive projects where demands for performance, security, and reliability are high. The projects vary in length and format – some are in-house with us, others at the client’s site, and many in a hybrid format. The common thread? You will never work alone – we are a team even when we are dispersed.
You will work with:
• Programming in C or C++ – at a hardware-near level or in complex real-time systems
• Low-level development, e.g., drivers, protocol stacks, or bootloader logic
• Embedded systems with RTOS, embedded Linux, or bare-metal
• Communication via e.g., UART, CAN, SPI, Ethernet, I2C
• Automation and scripting in Python
• Testing at unit, integration, and/or system levels
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong expertise in C or C++ for embedded systems
• Understands real-time requirements and system-level development
• Has experience in hardware-near work or an interest in deepening knowledge in this area
• Is curious, driven, and enjoys collaborating in technology-focused environments
• Has experience in – or an interest in – defense, telecommunications, or automotive
It is a plus if you have experience with:
• Safety-critical environments (e.g., ISO 21434, A-SPICE, DO-178C)
• Requirements management, traceable development, or work in regulated industries
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Testing with HIL, VIL, or MIL
• End-to-end responsibility in the development cycle
