**About the Position**
As a Setter and Technician at Emballator Lagan AB in Ljungby, you will play a central role in production, responsible for preparing and carrying out tool changes as well as setting up the production equipment used in our manufacturing. You will ensure that quality controls are performed before production transitions to full operation. In the event of machine stoppages, you will troubleshoot and address the problem or hand over to Production Support if larger interventions are needed. You will also support our machine operators in their daily work, contributing to their development and learning. When necessary, you will step in as a machine operator yourself. You are part of our production team and report to our production managers. Initially, working hours are scheduled during the day, but may shift to two shifts and nights in the future.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a setter or technician, preferably within the injection molding industry, but this is not a requirement. You have a technical interest and good problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a team where you are an active participant in collaboration. You are flexible and easily adapt to changes in production. As a person, you are responsible, curious, and contribute to a positive and developing work environment where we share knowledge and support each other’s progress.
