We are seeking a meticulous and practically-minded electrical cabinet assembler for our team in Getinge. You will build and test electrical and automation cabinets for industrial projects.
Job Responsibilities
• Assembly of electrical and control cabinets according to electrical diagrams and parts lists
• Cable routing, labeling, cable channel installation, and pre-manufacturing of cable harnesses
• Connection of components such as PLCs, I/O, frequency converters, networks, and sensors
• Functional testing, isolation/continuity, FAT/SAT support, and basic troubleshooting
• Updating labeling and simple documentation
• Collaboration with design engineers and project managers to ensure quality and delivery
Your Profile
• Vocational training in electrical/automation or equivalent experience
• Proficient in reading electrical diagrams and connection documentation (e.g., EPLAN/ELPROCAD)
• Structured, quality-conscious, and safety-focused
• Communicative and comfortable in workshop environments and at customer sites when needed
• Valid B driver's license
Meriting Factors
• Experience with electrical cabinet construction for series and prototype projects
• Knowledge of standards and marking systems (CE/UL, marking, wire list)
• Experience with fieldbus systems such as Profinet, AS-i, or IO-Link
