About the Role
You will have a broad role with varied tasks and significant responsibility. You will be part of a larger finance department where everyone collaborates to drive the business forward. We are constantly working to develop and improve both our operations and ourselves as employees.
Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be part of our department, Elon Financial Services, where we assist our retail chains with their finances.
Main tasks in the role include:
- Management of accounts payable
- Incoming and outgoing payments as well as reminders
- Cash reporting
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Reconciliations in accounting
- Reporting to the tax authority and other government agencies
- Monthly and annual financial statements and reports
- Contact with owners, store personnel, and auditors
Who Are You?
We prefer that you have a post-secondary education in finance and some years of experience in similar tasks. You are a self-driven person with good computer skills and an ability to quickly learn new systems. We use systems such as Jeeves, Fortnox, Smart, and Sellus.
As a person, you are structured, engaged, and have a strong desire to develop. You thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment where you can work both independently and in a team. You are also a trustworthy individual with a systematic and organized approach to your work.
