ABOUT THE POSITION As a project engineer, you will work on construction projects within our client's extensive investment program. You will be responsible for independently planning, leading, managing, and following up on areas delegated by the project manager, with a focus on the project's finances and administration. TASKS Responsibilities N/A * Financial monitoring and work with project economics. * Support the project manager with administrative tasks such as writing minutes and scheduling meetings. * Administer the project's risk management. * Compile and report project status regarding results, timelines, and budgets. * Assist the project manager in monitoring the project's dependencies and interfaces. * Ensure that the project is documented according to applicable structures, guidelines, and TR. * Act as the contact person for documentation issues with the contractor's documentation manager and drive the review process. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has an academic background in engineering. - Possesses basic knowledge of ESA (Electrical Safety Regulations), at least ESA instructed. - Has good experience in project work within infrastructure or construction projects. - Has solid experience in budget work, forecasts, and financial monitoring. - Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Demonstrates good collaboration skills and initiative. - Is flexible and adaptable to varying workloads. - Is outgoing with clear communication. - Can work independently and goal-oriented. - Has a good aptitude for administrative tasks. It is advantageous if you have - Advanced experience as a project engineer/administrator in large, complex infrastructure projects (budget > 200 million SEK, timeline > 3 years). - Basic knowledge of contract law (e.g., AB04 and ABT06). - Advanced experience in supplier follow-up, including financial monitoring and change order management in large infrastructure projects.
