About You To succeed in the role of Electrical Power Engineer, we believe you have a strong interest and knowledge of renewable energy. You are a trained electrical engineer/power engineer or have an equivalent education that we deem comparable. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. We prefer candidates with experience in the electrical power industry, and experience in project management is considered a merit. For this role, we need someone who can take responsibility for their tasks and independently drive processes. You are collaborative, understand and apply business principles, and work systematically. From a safety perspective, proficient Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement. You must have a valid B driver's license. About the Job As an Electrical Power Engineer, you will work to ensure grid operations and that the electrical network meets established requirements and standards. You will optimize and improve both new and older facilities to create innovative, sustainable energy solutions for future needs. You will drive projects within the grid organization based on short and long-term requirements. You will closely collaborate with colleagues within and outside the business area, as well as external stakeholders. You will lead projects from design to completion and follow-up. Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, implement, and follow up projects technically and economically • Actively work to digitize and monitor grid operations • Drive and participate operationally in development projects • Work both operationally and administratively • Ensure compliance with documentation procedures You will become a crucial part of the Grid Network Business Area, ensuring that municipal grid customers have a functional everyday life with secure electricity supplies while developing the grid for tomorrow's needs. The department is also responsible for road lighting in municipalities and the company's solar, water, and wind power production.
