Your Role as Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you will work in the Operations area, which consists of cashier, warehouse, support, and merchandising. It's a varied role where you will work on multiple tasks, making a difference with your skills and being an important part of our success. A significant part of your day will focus on creating the best possible customer experience - you'll simply be a star in customer care. In addition to being responsible for payment, assisting with service tasks, product logistics, and warranty matters, you'll also ensure that our customers can easily shop and take home the right product. By optimizing the in-store shopping experience and ensuring satisfied customers, we can reach our goals. The ability to solve problems along the way is another crucial part of the role. You will gain foundational knowledge across all Operations areas, providing great flexibility in your daily work.
