The school has over 1,050 students and is divided into four units: preschool, grades 1-3, grades 4-6, and grades 7-9. **Job Responsibilities** We are looking for an engaged and confident student support assistant for our operations at Lyrfågelskolan 7-9. The role involves supporting students in their daily education, both pedagogically and socially, to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. You will provide support to students in the classroom and/or in other school settings, contributing to a positive and structured school day. You should help students follow the lessons and develop learning strategies. Together with your team, you will develop the educational activities. You work well in a team but can also take responsibility independently and should be a good adult role model in everything you do. **Qualifications** The following qualifications are required for this position: - Education as a student assistant, support educator, or other training deemed equivalent by the employer. - Knowledge of neuropsychiatric conditions. - Strong ability to build relationships and adapt support to individual needs. - Patience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented working approach. - Experience working with older students in high school who need special support is advantageous.
