As a student resource, you are a key player for students with special needs - you help create a manageable school day! We are now looking for a suitable person for a combined student resource substitute position during the spring term of 2026. The role of the student resource is located both in the adapted primary school and in the newly established resource track at Mörsil School. As a student resource, you will work with your colleagues in the team to support students with special needs. You will work closely with the students, assisting them in their knowledge development, social development, and care needs. You will work closely with the students to create conditions for their learning, remove barriers in teaching, and create a good learning environment. You will be part of a team that is engaged and professional, with experience in working with the current student group. Collaboration and a pleasant atmosphere are important factors for the team, and you will contribute to a positive work environment for both colleagues and students. Some medication management may be included in the job responsibilities. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone with experience working with students in need of special support. Previous experience working with autism, language disorders, or neuropsychiatric variations is an advantage. As a person, you should be easy to collaborate with and contribute to a positive work climate and an effective workgroup. You have the ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
