The school is located in an idyllic residential area and has a beautiful outdoor environment with large green spaces for students to enjoy. In our commitment to working for the best for each student, we have been implementing IBIS for the past few years, a structured approach where all school staff, from educational personnel to school management, work together to clarify expectations, prevent problems, and strengthen positive behaviors. There is a clear lesson structure, and we expect all staff to adopt a low-arousal approach. The school is characterized by community, where many teachers have worked for a long time, and we expect everyone to contribute to a positive working environment.
We focus on collaboration and have high expectations of one another, viewing humility and a learning organization as key concepts in our operations. We see all employees as part of student health, and it is together, regardless of profession, that we work for each student with a focus on preventive and health-promoting efforts. We systematically work together with targeted development work where language-developing teaching is central. The school and after-school care work towards the same development goals. We offer close leadership with school management.
