Your Mission
We are seeking someone who wants to help create the best possible conditions for our students in their school day. As a student assistant, you will:
Support one or more students in their learning and social situations.
Be a trusted adult in the school environment who contributes to calm, structure, and positive relationships.
Collaborate closely with teaching staff and the student health team to find the best paths forward for each student.
You are a crucial part of the school's daily life and contribute to creating an environment where all students can feel safe, seen, and motivated to develop.

We are seeking someone who:
Easily creates good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians,
Is confident, clear, and able to set boundaries respectfully,
Has good collaborative skills and enjoys working closely with different professional groups,
Is proactive and engaged in pedagogical work,
Recognizes students' different needs and helps them grow and develop based on their conditions.
Experience working in schools or other pedagogical settings is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
