Grubbeskolan is a school for students in grades 7-9.
We have a schoolyard and an artificial turf field that invite activity. Our focus is on knowledge, safety, and well-being. We also offer specialized classes in music. The staff is qualified and committed, and we have good cooperation with parents. We are now looking for a student assistant for our school!
Your responsibilities
In this position, you will work as a student resource for an individual student and their class. The role includes providing close support in the classroom as well as during breaks. The work involves close collaboration with teachers and active participation in teaching to both challenge and support the student.
About you
You are a secure and stable adult who serves as a good role model, with the ability to build strong relationships with students. You see each individual and contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment, while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. We are looking for an engaged person who shares our values, wants to contribute to continuous improvements, and achieve set goals. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, for example in pedagogy or behavioral science
- Experience working with youth
- Valid extract from the criminal record, due to the suitability control law
- Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Leadership training and/or teacher training
- Experience working with youth with special needs
