**About the Role and Your Responsibilities**
We need reinforcement in one of our work teams and are now looking for someone who wants to help shape an exceptional education for our students.
The position is located within our teaching groups focused on the autism spectrum at the adapted upper secondary school. You will work to support students, either in groups or individually, in their learning. Educators are responsible for the teaching, and you will provide attentive support to help the student progress. You will work towards helping students achieve greater independence. You will be part of a team of educators and student assistants, collaborating to ensure that students meet their learning objectives.
**We Are Looking For You**
... who is a development-oriented person who actively collaborates with others to provide students with the best possible development. You need to be a calm, growth-oriented, mature individual with a lot of patience. You should be good at teamwork and focus on the needs of the students. Previous experience working in special education/LSS is required. Experience working with students on the autism spectrum is an advantage.

You will have a clear role in the team and work with students under the support and guidance of special education teachers. The work is primarily one-on-one, meaning you will work with one student in the morning and another in the afternoon. Experience in similar work is advantageous but not a requirement.

**About the Workplace**
Gymnasieskolan Vipan is Lund Municipality's vocational high school with eight national vocational programs, an adapted upper secondary school, and introductory programs. The school has approximately 1,300 students. It is located in the dynamic and beautiful Vipeholm area, where residential and commercial districts are currently being developed. The school is in the midst of a major investment, building new facilities and renovating all properties in the Campus Vipan project.
The Education Administration is responsible for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, adult education, international primary school, and mother tongue programs, employing over 1,200 staff.
